Qantas x SEKO QGo

By leveraging technology, innovative thinking and a strive for excellence, SEKO has shaken up the Australian freight industry and brought a fresh option for an old industry to their customers.

Upon arriving in Australia in 2017 I was keen to build new working relationships and was approached by SEKO’s Managing Director Kai Lincoln to help with a brand for their collaboration with Qantas. SEKO was bringing an innovative same/next day domestic delivery service to market and were working with Qantas to become a preferred airline partner. The idea of Qantas QGo as an eCommerce provider was to move away from traditional freight into eCommerce and to partner with a globally trusted provider.

Tom’s work was always of superior quality and his ability to interpret business concepts into creative design was extremely beneficial for us.

Partnership and collaboration across 3 continents 

Working alongside SEKO’s Global Head of Product Justine Irvine on a secondary branding project Win3 was a sub-brand representation that there should be three winners in any logistics solution – A Client, A Customer and SEKO. I used a purely typographic solution so as to be used either in conjunction with SEKO branded material or as a standalone brandmark on marketing materials and staff uniforms.

I continued to work with SEKO for a number of years on in-house collateral such as presentations and client pitch decks, collaboration and product branding, livery, and exhibition graphics and more recently assisted their corporate marketing division on their Umbraco digital graphics.

All whilst adhering to corporate brand guidelines but pushing the possible in order to portray a fresh and new brand design system allowing them to break into new sectors and ultimately partner with some of the leading retailers in Australia.
