I alongside my agency worked closely with Goldfinch Marketing Director Dan Ticchio to address the lead rate generated by the current website and online presence. The main issue Goldfinch were having was customer retention on the site and wanted to investigate as to why they had a large bounce rate.

After carrying out a detailed discovery piece addressing their business and the current user journey as well as the content currently being used and how that compared to their more successful competitors in the same space.

We discovered some larger differences especially regarding tone of voice and reliability as they were aiming to convert SME as well as startups to use their platform. As the founders came from an experienced background within the sector we felt it was important to include their story to their online material as well as use imagery that was more aligned to the customer in showing people rather than the technology products itself.

On completion of the site and continuing support with engagement material and SEO Goldfinch gained a conversion rate increase in their business and reduced bounce rate increased sale leads.
